Exceptional location and well cleaned rooms, reliable wi-fi. The corteous personnel were ready to help. The breakfast was scrumptious, they offered hot waffles and cookies. Spotless and second to none hotel in Mayakoba district. First-rate service within 0.5 miles of the airport. I liked my time here.

Very obliging staff, well-kept room, brilliant location. The American breakfast was gorgeous and had healthy food. Local wines, beers, liquors and whiskies in the downstairs bar, secure parking place. It was a decent experience in an appealing hotel.
